the heart of the matter is that the heart is what matters!

I've been reading through 1 Samuel and it's been suuuuperrrr great.

1 Samuel 16:7 (when Samuel is looking for who he is supposed to anoint) "But the Lord said to Samuel, "do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." "

The Lord (not man) is the judge of our HEARTS (not our appearance). Let's each keep allowing God to purify our hearts and become fixated on a love for His decrees & word. Let's rid ourselves of the things that don't matter!
